Young Micah's most favourite person in the world, their Grandparent, is getting sicker by the day, which means they have to go live with the dreaded Aunt Gertrudis. If Micah can find the mysterious magician at Circus Mirandus they can save their Grandparent with magic ... the only problem is Circus Mirandus has no set location, schedule, or ticket information.

Join Alberta Dance Theatre for an immersive live show that takes you through a magical midnight circus meant only for kids! Circus Mirandus is a story of love and trust that is sure to ignite your imaginations!

Youth in grades 1-12 from dance programs across the City of Calgary gather annually to create alongside professional choreographers for 10-12 weeks. The result is a completely original, family friendly dance and theatre performance.

​Alberta Dance Theatre creates in Moh’kinsstis located in the traditional Treaty 7 territory and traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy: Siksika, Kainai, Piikani, as well as the Îyâxe Nakoda and Tsuut’ina nations. The City of Calgary is also home to the Metis Nation of Alberta, Region 3. We are grateful for the priviledge to celebrate dance and expression together in this place we call home.
